Light, neutral flavour with an excellent 232°C smoke point. No additives. Ideal for sauces, general cooking, light frying, and salad oil. Origin: Canada.
Pressed RBD process. Clear and brilliant. Bland/pleasing flavour. Compliant with 21 CFR 184.1555. Cold test 20 hrs min. Origins: Canada, USA, Australia, Germany, Netherlands.
Italian origin EVOO. Yellow-to-green colour. IOC compliant. Cold-safe — congeals below room temp but fully recovers. Ideal for dressings, sautéing, finishing. 24-month shelf life.
